Sofia Camnerin

has served as the General Secretary of the Christian Council of Sweden since 2021. She holds a PhD in Systematic Theology from Uppsala University and is an ordained pastor in the Uniting Church in Sweden. Her previous leadership roles include Deputy Church Leader of the Uniting Church (2012–2020) .

From 2006 to 2022, she was a member of the Central Committee of the World Council of Churches.

Sofia is the author of several books. Her work centers on reconciliation, peace theology, disability studies, ecumenical theology, and the interpretation of lived experience. “Enduring One Another” is a book published in 2023. It explores how communities and relationships can remain intact despite major differences, conflicts, and tensions, offering both theoretical insights and practical tools.

Pär Mårtensson

Associate Professor at the House of Innovation, Stockholm School of Economics (SSE)

Pär Mårtensson is Academic Strategy Lead for Teaching and Learning at SSE, author or co-editor of eight books, and a frequent advisor to leaders navigating change and transformation. Throughout his career, he has explored how individuals and organizations learn, adapt, and renew themselves - from leadership succession in family businesses to faculty development and large-scale organizational change. A recurring theme in his work is the power of silence: not as the absence of activity, but as a catalyst for reflection, learning, and transformation.

Oliver Li

is an associate professor of philosophy of religion, and a researcher at Uppsala University. He is also a priest in the Church of Sweden in the Enånger-Njutånger parish. His interests are panentheism, the relationship between science and religion, and how AI affects society, with a focus on religion and worldviews.

Kerstin Dillmar

chaplain at the Sigtuna Foundation and priest at Uppsala Cathedral. She has previously worked as a hospital chaplain at Uppsala University Hospital and is co-author of several books. She has a special interest in art and spiritual care.
